Rules of the domain

 

  • Tourist tax : 1,31 € per day and per person

  • Cancellation : Full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made more than 14 days before the arrival. No refund if less than 14 days.

  • We love children, but those under 16 years old are not allowed in our gîtes (rocks, caves and swimming pool are potential dangers for restless children).

  • We also love animals. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, as they are incompatible with the cats, chickens, hedgehogs, foxes, deer and other hares that populate the estate.

  • The swimming pool and its facilities are shared. It is reserved for the tenants.

  • For obvious reasons of hygiene, no sexual activity is permitted in the pool or jacuzzi.
  • The consumption of narcotics is forbidden on the Domaine.

  • Alcohol must be consumed in moderation, so that your behavior remains respectful of people and property on the estate.

  • Oils and sun creams are to be limited to the maximum to preserve the quality of the water.
  • Shoes are not allowed inside the pool.
  • The lessor can in no way be held responsible for accidents that may occur on the property or outside. The tenant is responsible for his own personal insurance.

  • It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the gîtes and very dangerous outside (Mediterranean forest is very sensitive - Fire ban all year round by prefectural decree).

  • Vacation vouchers are not accepted

 

payment

    Online booking includes full acceptance of the rental contract. You will be asked to pay a deposit equal to 30% of the rent for the period booked. Your reservation will become effective as soon as the deposit has been cashed.

 

     In the case of a deposit check, this is not cashed. It will be converted into a security deposit upon payment (online, in cash, by bank transfer or cheque) of the full amount due.


   The deposit check is returned to you on the day of your departure, subject to a favorable inventory of fixtures.


    The nearest ATM is in Saint-Martin-De-Londres, 7 minutes from the domain by car.

Advice on length of stay

 

    In order to make the most of the Cévenol environment which is dear to us and which we highlight on the domain, we advise stays of at least 2 nights. It is a touch, a vital minimum to make you want to come back.

 

    If you want to take advantage of the activities available in the area, we recommend 2 to 10 nights. In addition, you will benefit from the preferential rate "From 7 nights"...

 

    If, on the other hand, you are in top form and really want to make the most of the tourist potential of the area, you will have to stay well over 10 nights. The Hérault has so many treasures to discover !
